WorkforceIT B.V., with registered office at De Molen 19, 3994 DA Houten, the Netherlands (referred to below as ‘we’), attaches great value to privacy and the protection of personal data. With this privacy statement, we wish to provide clear and transparent information about how we deal with personal data.

 

  • We process personal data in accordance with the purposes for which they are provided. These purposes and types of personal data are described in this privacy statement.
  • Processing of personal data is limited only to those data that are necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
  • We ask for explicit consent if needed for the processing of certain personal data.
  • We have adopted appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data.
  • We do not transfer personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for the purposes for which they are provided or when this is required by law (as described in point 3).

3. Which subprocessors do we work with?

We work with third parties to guarantee the provision of our services. We may transfer data to them as part of our services (the purposes described in point 1).

We either have an agreement with these parties that ensures compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), or this is clear from their general conditions of use. We also make the necessary arrangements with these parties (processors) to guarantee the security of the personal data.

Apart from this, we will not transfer any provided data to third parties unless this is legally required and/or permitted, such as for a police or judicial investigation.

      8. Amendment of the privacy statement

      We may always amend this privacy statement. If we change our privacy policy significantly, we will post a notice on our website and inform users who have registered their e-mail address with us of these changes. If you are not registered as a user, we recommend that you check the website and this statement regularly.
